Don Norman, named by Business Week as one of the world’s most influential designers, is Director of the Design Lab at the University of California, San Diego, cofounder of the Nielsen Norman Group, a member of the National Academy of Engineering, IDEO fellow, and former Vice President of Apple. Norman helps companies make products more enjoyable, understandable, and profitable. He has published many books considered classics in his field, including The Design of Everyday Things, Emotional Design, and Living with Complexity.
